Sun Belt Cities Continue to Boom
Johnston County was the fastest-growing county in North Carolina between 2010 and 2020, and it continues to welcome new residents to the area. A new Zillow report named two North Carolina cities among the hottest in the housing market in 2022. Raleigh came in at #3 and Charlotte at #5 when compared to the 50 largest metros in the country.
The area continues to see new housing communities developing, and home values are predicted to continue rising by as much as 21% through November.

Dreamville Festival is an annual spring music event in Raleigh, NC, curated by J. Cole and his Dreamville team. Held at Dorothea Dix Park, it features top hip-hop and R&B artists, including Dreamville Records' roster, while celebrating community, diversity, and local culture.

'Cuegrass Festival
'Cuegrass is a free, family-friendly festival in Downtown Raleigh celebrating North Carolina's barbecue and bluegrass music. Held every April, it features live performances, local food, and a Vendor Village, with 100% of proceeds supporting local charities.

Raulston Blooms!
Raulston Blooms! is an annual garden festival which features a plant sale with unique offerings, the 23rd Annual Birdhouse Competition, a Makers Market with local artisans, gardening talks, educational displays, and NC State's Howling Cow ice cream.
