I have never seen someone who works as hard as Ashley. When I first met her, it was over the phone on a Friday, which is one of her busiest days. She didn't recognize my phone number because she has never seen me or has know me yet. But she answered. And she was very eager to help me find my  home. I was honest with her right off the bat. My credit was bad. I made poor decisions in the past but I needed stepping stones to get there. So she sent me to a lender she trusted. Of course, I didn't get approved. But she didn't stop there. Ashley showed me a home anyway, knowing I needed work. Knowing that my credit was not in good standing. She did this because she wanted me to get excited. And I did. It was mind blown that a stranger actually cared. As I went through the process, she continued to show me houses. She would call me regularly to keep me on track to my goal of being a home owner. She sent different houses to look at and took the time to find out what I wanted in my first house. 5 months later, I reapplied and got pre-qualified. My wife and I don't have many days off together and our availability was slim. Ashley agreed to meet with us at approx. 7pm one night. I don't know any other realtor who would do that. She showed us three houses that night and that last one was THE HOUSE. We dropped an offer and Ashley kept us updated every step of the way. We are now home owners of that home. Ashley isn't only a great realtor, but she is a phenomenal human being who thrives on others goals and does whatever it takes to help them achieve them.

Ashley worked with us for a little over a year in our search for a home. I could not be more impressed with her patience and atention to detail. We had a few things we could not live without that were hard to find within our price range (at least two car garage, decent sized yard, more than one  bathroom). Whenever we would look at a property she was not afraid to point out the possible cons so we could make our decision with all things considered. We finally found the most perfect house for us and we couldn't be more pleased with the overall experience. My wife and I were first time home buyers and didn't even know where to start. We had A set budget and we each had very specific features we were looking for in a first home. Ashley was recommended to us with high regards , and that recommendation was spot on. Home buying is stressful, however  Ashley eliminated the stress by walking us through each step. She was always responsive and offered flexibility in showing hours. She didn't care how many questions we had and was willing to show us each and every house we wanted to see almost immediately . She was constantly searching for new listings that fit our families needs and because of her tentativeness , we were able to be the first showing on a house that had just come on the market and put an offer in before anyone else could fall in love with it like we did. Once the decision was made, Ashely walked us through the mortgage process, referring us to lenders and inspectors, and she stayed on top of making sure the previous home owners fixed what needed to be fixed . She went the extra mile at every step of the home choosing and purchasing process and made our first home buying experience a very stress free one. I am not one to ever write reviews, however I thought that in this instance it was necessary due to Ashley's extreme dedication to helping my wife and I find happiness in a home. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a realtor that will work for you day and night until you find what you are looking for.

Ashley is been grated. She not just help us through the hole process but was always on top of every single issue; if she didn't know the answer to a question or concern she didn't hesitate to said I don't know but I will find out, and the same day she got back in touch with the answer. Also I was  very impress; We started dealing with a different lender on our own until we decide to let Ashley take over; so we terminated the negotiation with the previous guy and He wasn't happy about it; didn't wanted to return our appraisal money. Well I toll Ashley that night and not sure what She did but at 9am the lender call me, apology and asked me for my address to send back my check. She is been awesome.
